According to the invention, styrene-butadiene latex is taken as a matrix, styrene is taken as a bridging structure, and a glycidyl methacrylate group is grafted on a molecular main chain, so that the modified styrene-butadiene rubber has good compatibility with white carbon black and the rubber matrix, and the dispersibility of the white carbon black in the rubber matrix can be obviously improved; and styrene is used as a bridging structure, so that the grafting rate of an epoxy group is favorably regulated and controlled, the grafting rate of the epoxy group is moderate, the compatibility with a rubber matrix and white carbon black and the improvement of mechanical properties are considered, and the rolling resistance, wet skid resistance and wear resistance of the composite material can be effectively reduced by adding the styrene as a modifier into the rubber composite material, so that the service life of the rubber composite material is prolonged, and the service life of the rubber composite material is prolonged. In addition, the modified styrene-butadiene rubber provided by the invention can partially replace a rubber matrix, the production cost of a rubber composite material is reduced, and the potential application value is wide.
本发明涉及橡胶技术领域,具体公开一种改性丁苯橡胶及其制备方法和应用。本发明通过以丁苯胶乳作为基体,以苯乙烯作为桥接结构,在其分子主链上接枝甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯基团,使得改性后的丁苯橡胶与白炭黑和橡胶基体均具有良好的相容性,从而可显著改善白炭黑在橡胶基体中的分散性,且以苯乙烯作为桥接结构,有利于调控环氧基团的接枝率,使得环氧基团的接枝率适中,从而兼顾与橡胶基体、白炭黑的相容性以及力学性能的提升,将其作为改性剂加入橡胶复合材料中,可有效降低复合材料的滚动阻力、抗湿滑性和耐磨性,且本发明提供的上述改性丁苯橡胶,还可以部分代替橡胶基体,降低橡胶复合材料的生产成本,潜在应用价值广阔。
