The invention provides primary amino modified solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: in a polymerization system, initiating polymerization of a butadiene monomer and a styrene monomer by taking n-butyllithium as an initiator and tetrahydrofuran as a polymerization activator to obtain a styrene butadiene rubber active chain; adding a diisocyanate compound into the polymerization system to terminate polymerization, and introducing an isocyanate group to the end part of a styrene butadiene rubber active chain to obtain a styrene butadiene rubber solution; and adding a terminator into the styrene-butadiene rubber solution, stirring, separating out precipitate, and drying to obtain the primary amino modified solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber. The primary amino modified solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber is prepared by the preparation method, has high polarity and strong binding force with silicon dioxide filler, promotes generation of a more stable filler-polymer network with a more perfect structure, and remarkably improves the dynamic performance of a rubber material.

    本发明提供了一种伯氨基改性的溶聚丁苯橡胶及其制备方法。该制备方法包括以下步骤:在聚合体系中,以正丁基锂为引发剂,以四氢呋喃为聚合活性剂,引发丁二烯单体和苯乙烯单体聚合,得到丁苯橡胶活性链;向聚合体系中添加二异氰酸酯化合物以终止聚合,同时在丁苯橡胶活性链的端部引入异氰酸酯基团,得到丁苯橡胶胶液;向丁苯橡胶胶液中添加终止剂,并搅拌、析出沉淀,干燥后得到伯氨基改性溶聚丁苯橡胶。伯氨基改性溶聚丁苯橡胶由该制备方法制备得到,极性高,与二氧化硅填料的结合力强,促进生成更稳定、结构更完善的填料‑聚合物网络,显著改善橡胶材料的动态性能。
