The invention relates to the field of solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber preparation. The invention discloses a synthesis method of solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber, low-heat-generation solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber and an automobile tire. The method comprises the following steps: (1) in the presence of an inert solvent and an organic lithium initiator, carrying out a first copolymerization reaction on a styrene monomer and a section of butadiene monomer; (2) adding a second-stage butadiene monomer into the product obtained in the step (1), completing feeding of the second-stage butadiene monomer within 10-40 minutes, and then performing a second copolymerization reaction for 10-40 minutes, wherein the mass ratio of the first-stage butadiene monomerto the second-stage butadiene monomer is 30-200: 100; and (3) coupling and terminating the active styrene-butadiene polymerization product obtained in the step (2), and adding an anti-aging agent to obtain the low-heat-generation solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber. The low-heat-generation solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber can be prepared without using any structure regulator.

    本发明涉及溶聚丁苯橡胶制备领域。公开了一种溶聚丁苯橡胶橡胶的合成方法和低生热溶聚丁苯橡胶及汽车轮胎。方法包括:(1)在惰性溶剂和有机锂引发剂存在下,将苯乙烯单体和一段丁二烯单体进行第一共聚反应;(2)向步骤(1)所得产物中加入二段丁二烯单体,所述二段丁二烯单体在10‑40min内完成进料,再进行第二共聚反应10‑40min;其中,所述一段丁二烯单体与二段丁二烯单体的质量比为30‑200:100;(3)将步骤(2)得到的活性丁苯聚合产物进行偶联和终止,并加入防老剂,得到低生热溶聚丁苯橡胶。可以不使用任何结构调节剂而制备获得低生热溶聚丁苯橡胶。
