The invention relates to double-end functionalized solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The general formula of the double-end functionalized solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber is A (SOL) mPB, wherein SOL is a structural unit from a divinyl compound and/or an aromatic vinyl compound, and m is 3-300; p is a copolymerization unit of butadiene and styrene; a is of a structure as shown in a formula (1); b is of a structure as shown in a formula (2); in formula (1), X is O or S. Two ends of a macromolecular chain of the solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber are respectively provided with an N, O (or S) atom-containing group and a siloxane group, and the N-containing group can interact with a group on the surface of carbon black to promote the dispersion of the carbon black; meanwhile, the siloxane group can effectively improve the affinity of the rubber and the white carbon black and promote the dispersion of the white carbon black. # imgabs0 #
