The invention provides modified epoxidized rubber as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The modified epoxidized rubber is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: epoxidized rubber or an epoxidized elastomer and a polyether compound, the polyether compound is one or more of polyether alcohols, polyether amines, polyether carboxylic acids, polyether sulfydryl groups and polyether epoxy groups. Epoxy bond ring-opening grafting modification is performed on the epoxidized rubber or the epoxidized elastomer through the polyether compound, so that the polarity of the epoxidized rubber or the epoxidized elastomer is reduced, the flexibility of a molecular chain is improved, and particularly, the glass-transition temperature Tg of the modified epoxidized rubber or the epoxidized elastomer can be reduced; a stable bond is formed through ring opening of an epoxy bond, and a stable structure is introduced into a side chain, so that the temperature resistance of the epoxidized rubber is improved.

    本发明提出了一种改性环氧化橡胶及其制备方法和应用。所述改性环氧化橡胶,按重量份计,包括以下组分:环氧化橡胶或环氧化弹性体以及聚醚类化合物;所述聚醚类化合物为聚醚醇类、聚醚胺类、聚醚羧酸类、聚醚巯基类和聚醚环氧类中的一种或多种。本发明通过聚醚类化合物对环氧化橡胶或环氧化弹性体进行环氧键开环接枝改性,降低了环氧化橡胶或环氧化弹性体的极性和改善了分子链柔顺性,尤为突出的是可以降低改性后的环氧化橡和环氧化弹性体的的玻璃化转变温度Tg,通过环氧键开环形成稳定键还有侧链引入稳定结构,提高了环氧化橡胶的耐温性能。
