The invention provides a tower crane remote monitoring system based on digital twinning and a construction method, and the tower crane remote monitoring system comprises a physical equipment module, a virtual simulation module, a data processing module, a data transmission module and a remote display module, the data transmission module establishes data connection among the data processing module, the physical structure equipment module, the virtual modeling simulation module and the remote display module, and performs remote data distribution; and then the data processing module processes sensor data, control data and coordinate data, and the remote display module is used for presenting a visual display interface of the digital twinning and providing a user interaction interface. The extendibility and flexibility of the system are improved through the modular design, and the monitoring precision, efficiency and safety of the tower crane are remarkably improved through the high-precision RTK positioning technology, multi-sensor data fusion and synchronization of virtual simulation and the real world.

    本发明提供了一种基于数字孪生的塔式起重机远程监控系统及构建方法,包括物理设备模块、虚拟仿真模块、数据处理模块、数据传输模块、远程显示模块,物理设备模块作为系统的基础构成塔式起重机的主体结构,数据传输模块建立数据处理模块、物理结构设备模块、虚拟建模仿真模块、远程显示模块之间建立数据连接,并进行远程数据分发;之后数据处理模块处理传感器数据、控制数据、坐标数据,远程显示模块用于呈现数字孪生的可视化显示界面,并提供用户交互界面。模块化的设计提高了系统的可扩展性和灵活性,通过高精度的RTK定位技术、多传感器数据融合、以及虚拟仿真与现实世界同步,显著提高了塔式起重机监控的精度、效率和安全性。
