According to the scheme, moving objects, dynamic objects and the like of a working site where the tower crane is located are further monitored, dynamic object monitoring information is correspondingly generated, and the dynamic object monitoring information and the crane posture monitoring information are associated into a digital twin model; the overall situation of the work site where the crane is located can be digitally mapped to a management background for visual management, in addition, the scheme further multiplexes crane posture monitoring information and dynamic object monitoring information to provide reference on route planning for a carrier newly entering the work site, and provides reliable and accurate route planning for the carrier to enter and exit the work site. And meanwhile, the working risk of the tower crane caused by the entering and exiting carriers is also avoided.

    本发明公开了基于数字孪生的塔式起重机工作监测方法及其应用,本方案巧妙性通过对塔式起重机所在工作场地进行建立数字孪生模型,以供后台监测人员以直观方式进行工作现场监测管理,而在此基础上,本方案还进一步对塔式起重机所在工作场地的移动对象、动态对象等进行监测,相应生成动态对象监测信息,再结合起重机姿态监测信息,将二者关联到数字孪生模型中,使起重机所在工作场地的全局能够被数字映射到管理后台进行直观化管理,除此之外,本方案还进一步复用起重机姿态监测信息、动态对象监测信息为新进入工作场地的载具提供路线规划上的参考,为载具出入工作场地提供可靠,安全的路线保障,同时,也避免进出的载具对塔式起重机带来工作风险。
