The invention provides an intelligent tower crane operation management method and system based on digital twinning, and relates to the technical field of tower crane operation management.The method comprises the steps that an APF combination sequence is used for tracking the construction progress, obtaining production requirements, outputting operation requirements, selecting an optimal tower crane and an optimal hoisting control strategy, forming an operation instruction and distributing the operation instruction to a tower crane operation terminal; and the tower crane operation terminal is connected with the edge node, tracks the safety state of the tower crane corresponding to the operation instruction, and sends an on-way reminding instruction to inform operators on the way to carry out safety management. Through the method, the technical problem of low operation efficiency caused by difficulty in realizing optimal resource allocation due to limitation of a traditional method in the prior art can be solved, the construction progress is tracked through the APF combination sequence, the operation instruction is allocated in combination with the optimal hoisting algorithm, the safety state of the tower crane is monitored in real time, intelligent management of tower crane operation scheduling is realized, and the working efficiency is improved. The technical effect of improving the overall construction efficiency is achieved.

    本申请提供了基于数字孪生的塔吊作业智能管理方法及系统,涉及塔吊作业管理技术领域,该方法包括:利用APF组合序列跟踪施工进度,获取生产需求,输出作业需求,选择最优塔吊和最佳吊运控制策略,形成作业指令分配给塔吊作业终端,塔吊作业终端连接边缘节点,跟踪作业指令对应的塔吊安全状态,并发出沿途提醒指令,通知沿途作业人员进行安全管理。通过本申请可以解决现有技术中由于传统方法的限制,难以实现最优的资源分配,导致作业效率低下的技术问题,通过APF组合序列跟踪施工进度,结合最优吊装算法分配作业指令,实时监控塔吊的安全状态,实现塔吊作业调度的智能化管理,达到了提高整体施工效率的技术效果。
