The invention discloses a wave-absorbing polyurethane composition, an elastomer as well as a preparation method and application of the wave-absorbing polyurethane composition and the elastomer, and belongs to the technical field of aeronautical materials. The wave-absorbing polyurethane composition provided by the invention comprises the following chemical components in parts by mass: 60-130 parts of a polyurethane matrix; 10 to 20 parts of a wave-absorbing auxiliary agent; 40 to 60 parts of carbon cloth; the wave absorbing auxiliary agent is an MXene nanosheet. The wave-absorbing polyurethane composition provided by the invention is used for preparing a material required by a structural member between an aviation transparent structural member and a fuselage metal framework, on one hand, the material has good elasticity and toughness, and the load of the aviation transparent structural member is uniformly transmitted to the edge so as to effectively reduce stress concentration; therefore, the service life of the aviation transparent structural member is prolonged. On the other hand, on the premise that the material has good mechanical properties, the material also has the wave-absorbing property, and the defect that a traditional fuselage edge connecting material is poor in wave-absorbing property is overcome.
