The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of polyurethane foam materials, in particular to a sound-absorbing polyurethane foam material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The sound-absorbing polyurethane foaming material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40 to 50 parts of isocyanate 8223, 80 to 120 parts of polyether polyol, 0.6 to 1.5 parts of a composite catalyst, 1 to 2 parts of DC6070, 2 to 3 parts of water, 0 to 1.5 parts of diethanol amine, 0.2 to 0.5 part of FK-8300 and 0.5 to 1 part of an antioxidant, the preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, mixing and stirring the polyether polyol, the composite catalyst, the DC6070, the water, the diethanol amine and the antioxidant to form a material A; s2, stirring and mixing isocyanate to form a material B; and S3, allowing the material A and the material B to be subjected to foaming injection molding. The sound-absorbing polyurethane foaming material can be used for carpets, and has the advantages that the rebound resilience of foam is improved, and the sound-absorbing effect of the sound-absorbing polyurethane foaming material is improved.

    本申请涉及聚氨酯发泡材料制备技术领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种吸音聚氨酯发泡材料及制备方法和应用。一种吸音聚氨酯发泡材料其制备所用原料,按重量分数计算,包括如下组分:异氰酸酯8223 40‑50份、聚醚多元醇80‑120份、复合催化剂0.6‑1.5份、DC6070 1‑2份、水2‑3份、二乙醇胺0‑1.5份、FK‑8300 0.2‑0.5份、抗氧剂0.5‑1份;其制备方法为:S1:将聚醚多元醇、复合催化剂、DC6070、水、二乙醇胺、抗氧剂混合搅拌后形成A料;S2:将异氰酸酯搅拌混合后,形成B料;S3:将A料与B料发泡注模。本申请的吸音聚氨酯发泡材料可用于地毯,其具有提高泡沫的回弹性,提高吸音聚氨酯发泡材料的吸音效果。
