The invention belongs to the technical field of polyurethane elastomers, and particularly relates to a polyurethane elastomer for a vehicle door anti-collision strip and a preparation method of the polyurethane elastomer. Comprising a component A and a component B, wherein the component A is a curing agent; the component B is an isocyanato terminated polyurethane prepolymer; the component A comprises the following raw materials: a chain extender, polyol, a coupling agent, an antioxidant and a catalyst. The component B is prepared from the following raw materials: polyol and diisocyanate; the polyurethane elastomer with good low-temperature flexibility, aging resistance and weather resistance is obtained after the component A and the component B are cured in proportion. And the polyurethane elastomer anti-collision strip has strong adhesion with acrylic glue, is not easy to fall off and has long service life.

    本发明属于聚氨酯弹性体技术领域,具体涉及车门防撞条用聚氨酯弹性体及其制备方法。包括A、B组分。其中A组分为固化剂;B组分为异氰酸根封端的聚氨酯预聚体;所述A组分包括以下原料:扩链剂、多元醇、偶联剂、抗氧化剂、催化剂。所述B组分的制备包括以下原料:多元醇、二异氰酸酯;A组分和B组分按比例固化后得到低温柔韧性好,耐老化、耐候性好的聚氨酯弹性体。聚氨酯弹性体防撞条与亚克力胶粘结性强,不易脱落,使用寿命长。
