The invention discloses an antistatic polyurethane elastomer robot track and a preparation method thereof, which relate to a robot track and a preparation method thereof. The track consists of polyurethane elastomer and aramid fibers; the aramid fibers serve as a skeleton layer in the form of a complete rope-like wound endless belt, and the polyurethane elastomer consists of polyether polyol, polyisocyanate, a catalyst, a chain extender and modified carbon black: 100 parts of polyether polyol; 18 to 28 parts of polyisocyanate; 0.02 to 0.04 parts of catalyst; 13 to 24 parts of chain extender; 5 to 30 parts of modified carbon black. By adding the modified carbon black into the polyurethane elastomer, the antistatic property of the material is increased; the process is simple, and the forming is rapid. Thus mobile robots can be prevented from producing an electrostatic discharge phenomenon when used in certain super clean environments (such as operating rooms, computer rooms and precision instrument rooms) and the industries such as explosive, coal mine, petroleum and chemical engineering.
