The invention relates to an antistatic polyurethane solid tire material, and belongs to the technical field of polyurethane tire manufacturing. The antistatic polyurethane solid tire material comprises the following raw materials: polyether polyol, polyester polyol, a chain extender, isocyanate, a cross-linking agent, modified conductive carbon black, a modified antistatic agent and a reactive flame retardant. Modified conductive carbon black not only can enhance the mechanical strength of a polyurethane solid tire, but also can utilize the conductivity of the conductive carbon black to improve the antistatic performance of the solid tire, but the antistatic effect is limited, so that a modified antistatic agent is also introduced, and the modified antistatic agent has the dual conductive effects of FeCl3 and quaternary ammonium salt structures, the antistatic effect is excellent, and the antistatic performance of the polyurethane solid tire is improved by cooperating with the conductive carbon black; and the reactive flame retardant has a DOPO flame-retardant structure, contains fluoromethyl and amino, and improves the thermal stability of the polyurethane solid tire.

    本发明涉及防静电聚氨酯实心轮胎材料,属于聚氨酯轮胎制造技术领域。且所述防静电聚氨酯实心轮胎材料,包括以下原料:聚醚多元醇、聚酯多元醇、扩链剂、异氰酸酯、交联剂、改性导电炭黑、改性抗静电剂、反应型阻燃剂。改性导电炭黑不但可以增强聚氨酯实心轮胎的机械强度,还能利用导电炭黑的导电性,提高实心轮胎的防静电性能,但是其防静电作用效果有限,为此,本发明还引入了改性抗静电剂,此改性抗静电剂具有FeCl3和季铵盐结构的双重导电作用,其抗静电效果优异,与导电炭黑协同提高聚氨酯实心轮胎的防静电性能;所述反应型阻燃剂,具有DOPO阻燃结构、含氟甲基和氨基,提高了聚氨酯实心轮胎的热稳定性。
