Polyurethane for a low-speed solid tire is provided. The polyurethane for a low-speed solid tire is prepared by reacting a component A with reaction activity on isocyanate with a prepolymer componentB containing isocyanate, wherein the molar ratio of a group with reaction activity on isocyanate in the component A to a -NCO group in the component B is (0.95-1.05):1; the component A contains polyether ester polyol, binary primary alcohol and a polyol amine; the component B comprises polyisocyanate, polyether ester polyol, aromatic dihydric alcohol and/or aromatic diamine. Through synergistic effect of the component A and the component B, the obtained polyurethane product is very excellent in wear resistance, tensile strength, tearing strength, tensile strength, resilience, compression deformation and the like; when the product is used as a low-speed solid tire, the tire has good bearing deformation resistance and good elasticity, has an obvious buffer effect, can be used in an outdoor environment for a long time, and maintains excellent physical and mechanical properties.
本发明的一种低速实心轮胎用聚氨酯由对异氰酸酯有反应活性A组分和含异氰酸酯预聚体B组分反应得到,A组分中对异氰酸酯有反应活性基团与B组分中‑NCO基团的摩尔比为(0.95~1.05):1;A组分含有:聚醚酯多元醇、二元伯醇;多元醇胺;B组分含有:多异氰酸酯、聚醚酯多元醇、芳香族二元醇和/或芳香族二元胺;通过A组分和B组分的协同作用,获得的聚氨酯产品耐磨、拉伸强度、撕裂强度、拉伸强度、回弹性、压缩形变等性能均十分优异,本产品作为低速实心轮胎使用时,其轮胎的承载抗变形能力佳且弹性较好有明显的缓冲效果,此外,可在户外环境下长期使用并保持优良的物理机械性能。
