The invention relates to the technical field of tire rubber, in particular to an antistatic tire tread rubber composition and a pneumatic tire thereof. The antistatic tire tread rubber composition isprepared by mixing the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of natural rubber, 14-18 parts of medium-super wear-resistant carbon black, 30-35 parts of white carbon black, 4-5 parts of amercaptosilane coupling agent, 3-5 parts of conductive carbon black, 1-2 parts of a white carbon black dispersing agent, 1-2 parts of protective wax, 3-5 parts of an anti-aging agent, 2-4 parts of zinc oxide, 1-3 parts of stearic acid, 1-2 parts of sulfur, 1-2 parts of an accelerant and 0.5-1 part of an anti-reversion agent. The invention further provides a tire tread part prepared from the aboveantistatic tire tread rubber composition and a pneumatic tire comprising the aforementioned tire tread part. According to the invention, a high-content non-conductive filler, namely white carbon blackwith reduces the hysteresis loss of the composition; the conductive carbon black is added and forms a synergistic effect with the silane coupling agent used in the composition; and the composition has the characteristics of good conductivity, high strength and low rolling resistance.

    本发明涉及轮胎橡胶技术领域,具体地说是一种抗静电轮胎胎面橡胶组合物及其充气轮胎。包含以下的组分按重量份数混炼构成:100天然橡胶、14~18中超耐磨炭黑、30‑35白炭黑、4~5巯基硅烷偶联剂、3~5导电炭黑、1~2白炭黑分散剂、1~2防护蜡、3~5防老剂、2~4氧化锌、1~3硬脂酸、1~2硫磺、1~2促进剂、抗返原剂0.5‑1使用前述抗静电轮胎胎面橡胶组合物制成的轮胎胎面部件,使用包括前述轮胎胎面部件制成的充气轮胎。本发明,具有高含量的非导电填料白炭黑,降低组合物的滞后损失,添加导电炭黑,并与组合物中使用的硅烷偶联剂形成协同作用,该组合物具有良好的导电性,并同时具有高强度和低滚阻的特点。
