The invention discloses an aircraft stage separation device, and relates to the technical field of rocket separation. The device comprises a mounting seat, a rotating sleeve and a rotating shaft, wherein the rotating sleeve rotates around the axis of the rotating sleeve; the rotary sleeve is hollow to form a containing cavity; a containing channel communicating with the containing cavity is further formed in the mounting base, and the containing channel is used for containing the auxiliary operation part to penetrate through; the sectioning nut is arranged in the containing cavity, and the sectioning nut is rotationally connected with the side, away from the mounting base, of the rotating sleeve; a volute spiral spring is arranged between the split nut and the rotating sleeve, one end of the volute spiral spring is connected with the split nut, and the other end of the volute spiral spring is connected with the inner wall of the rotating sleeve; the control assembly is arranged on the side, away from the mounting base, of the rotating sleeve; the control assembly comprises a baffle switch, and the baffle switch has a first state and a second state. According to the device, radial locking or separation of the sectioning nut is controlled through cooperation of the auxiliary operation piece, the baffle switch and the volute spiral spring, so that interstage connection and separation of the aircraft are achieved.

    本申请公开一种飞行器级间分离装置,涉及火箭分离技术领域。该装置包括:安装座,其上设有绕自身轴线转动的旋转套筒;旋转套筒内部中空形成容纳腔室;安装座上还开设有和容纳腔室连通的容纳通道,容纳通道用于容纳辅助操作件贯穿;分瓣螺母,分瓣螺母设置在容纳腔室内,且分瓣螺母和旋转套筒远离安装座的一侧转动连接;分瓣螺母和旋转套筒之间还设有涡卷弹簧,涡卷弹簧一端和分瓣螺母连接,另一端和旋转套筒内壁连接;控制组件,控制组件设置在旋转套筒远离安装座的一侧;控制组件包括挡板开关,挡板开关具有第一状态和第二状态。该装置通过辅助操作件、挡板开关以及涡卷弹簧的配合,控制分瓣螺母径向锁紧或分离,以实现飞行器级间的连接与分离。
