The invention provides an interstage separation mechanism and method beneficial to aircraft attitude stabilization, the interstage separation mechanism comprises a stable separation power device, an interstage unlocking device and a collection buffer device, and the two ends of the interstage unlocking device are installed on an upper stage cabin and a lower stage cabin of an aircraft correspondingly; the collecting and buffering devices are arranged at the two ends of the inter-stage unlocking device correspondingly, and the stable separation power device is installed in the lower stage cabin body and used for applying separation loads. The two stages of cabin bodies are disconnected through detonation of the interstage unlocking device, the collecting and buffering device plays a buffering role and accommodates remains and buffering rings after detonation of explosive bolts, and the stable separation power device adopts a hinge supporting structure to eliminate separation disturbance torque. And a sleeve spring structure is adopted to apply load to the upper stage cabin and the lower stage cabin at the same time until the two stages of cabins are completely separated, so that the problem that the separation disturbance torque is difficult to restrain when the multi-stage aircraft is separated is effectively solved.
本发明提供了一种有利于飞行器姿态稳定的级间分离机构及方法,包括:稳定分离动力装置、级间解锁装置以及收集缓冲装置,级间解锁装置的两端分别安装在飞行器的上面级舱体、下面级舱体上,收集缓冲装置分别设置在级间解锁装置的两端,稳定分离动力装置安装于下面级舱体内部,稳定分离动力装置用于施加分离载荷。本发明通过级间解锁装置起爆将两级舱体解除连接,收集缓冲装置起缓冲作用并收纳爆炸螺栓起爆后的残骸和缓冲圈,稳定分离动力装置采用铰链支撑结构消除分离扰动力矩,并采用套筒弹簧结构同时对上面级舱体与下面级舱体施加载荷直至两级舱体完全分离,有效解决了多级飞行器分离时难以抑制分离扰动力矩的问题。
