The invention provides a non-fixed-connection interstage separation structure and an aircraft, the rear section part of an interstage conical plate is fixedly connected to the separation section of the aircraft, and the front section part of the interstage conical plate is tightly pressed on the outer surface of the aircraft; the front section part of the interstage conical plate is not mechanically and fixedly connected with the aircraft; before interstage separation, the interstage conical plate front section part and the interstage conical plate rear section part are matched with the height difference between the two stages of the aircraft to form an aerodynamic configuration; during interstage separation, the separation section of the aircraft is separated from the rear section part of the interstage conical plate, meanwhile, the constraint on the front section part is released, and the front section part is separated from the aircraft under the action of aerodynamic force. The aerodynamic configuration of the aircraft can be in smooth transition in the interstage section, the aerodynamic configuration of the aircraft can be maintained before interstage separation, and the aircraft can be quickly and smoothly separated during interstage separation.
