The invention relates to an aircraft interstage separation device which comprises a first shell, a second shell, a third shell and a fourth shell, a containing groove is formed in one side of the first shell, and a force bearing piece is arranged in the containing groove; and the second shell is fixed with the first shell, so that the second shell blocks the force bearing piece in the accommodating groove, and in the arrangement direction of the first shell and the second shell, one end of the force bearing piece is in contact with the first shell, and the other end of the force bearing piece is in contact with the second shell. When the first shell bears force, the axial load of the first shell can be transmitted to the second shell through the force bearing piece to be dispersed, the bearing capacity of the first shell and the second shell to different loads is improved, and the bearing capacity of the aircraft is guaranteed; the force bearing piece is in contact with the first shell and the second shell, so that the smooth transmission of the axial load can be ensured; when the first shell is subjected to a bending load, the force bearing piece plays a protection role, and it is guaranteed that the structural strength of the lower end of the first shell meets the bearing requirement.

    本发明涉及一种飞行器的级间分离装置,其包括:第一壳体,所述第一壳体的一侧开设有容纳槽,所述容纳槽的内部设置有承力件;第二壳体,所述第二壳体与所述第一壳体固定,使所述第二壳体将所述承力件阻挡在所述容纳槽内,且沿所述第一壳体与所述第二壳体的排列方向,所述承力件的一端与所述第一壳体接触,其另一端与所述第二壳体接触。在第一壳体承重受力时,其轴向载荷可以通过承力件传递给第二壳体进行分散,提高第一壳体和第二壳体对不同载荷的承载能力,保证飞行器的承载能力;并且承力件与第一壳体和第二壳体相接触设计,能够保证轴向载荷的顺利传递;在第一壳体受到弯曲载荷时,承力件起到保护作用,保证第一壳体下端结构强度满足承载要求。
