According to the present invention, the tetrazine functional group of the tetrazine compound can react with the double bond of the styrene butadiene rubber, such that the styrene butadiene rubber can be modified, the molecular chain sliding can be reduced, and the hysteresis loss can be reduced; secondly, groups of tetrazine-polyethylene glycol-disulfide bond-R react with hydroxyl groups on the surface of the white carbon black, so that the dispersity of the white carbon black in a rubber matrix can be improved, and the Payne effect of the white carbon black filler is reduced; and thirdly, the disulfide bond can also be used for preparing a cross-linked polymer, so that the mechanical property and the heat resistance of the material are enhanced, and the heat generation of the tread composition is greatly reduced.

    本发明涉及轮胎制造新材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种低生热抗湿滑胎面橡胶组合物、混炼方法和轮胎。本发明通过四嗪类化合物的四嗪官能团能与丁苯橡胶的双键反应,能起到对丁苯橡胶的改性,降低降低分子链滑动,降低滞后损失。其次,四嗪‑聚乙二醇‑双硫键‑R的基团与白炭黑的表面羟基反应,进而可以提高白炭黑在橡胶基体中的分散性,降低白炭黑填料的Payne效应;第三,双硫键还可以用于交联聚合物的制备,增强材料的力学性能和耐热性,使该胎面组合物的生热大幅度下降。
