The invention provides a method for preparing wet-skid-resistant tread rubber and application of the wet-skid-resistant tread rubber, and relates to the technical field of tire manufacturing. According to the invention, the tread rubber is prepared by compounding the rare earth butadiene rubber and the hydrogenated butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber, and the tread rubber with wet skid resistance and wear resistance can be prepared by taking methacryloyloxypropyltrimethoxysilane as a coupling agent, so that a new tread rubber material is provided for tires for new energy automobiles. In order to further improve the anti-aging performance of the tread rubber, the cellulose acetate butyrate is added into a tread rubber formula for the first time, and the dispersity of the cellulose acetate butyrate in the tread rubber is improved by adding the cationic active agent, namely the chlorinated diphenyl sulphonate, so that the tread rubber with high yield and good physical properties is obtained; and the production cost of the tread rubber is saved.
本发明提供了一种制备抗湿滑胎面胶的方法及其应用,涉及胎制造技术领域。本发明中采用稀土顺丁橡胶和氢化丁腈橡胶复配制备胎面胶,配合以甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷作为偶联剂能够制备出兼顾抗湿滑和耐磨性能的胎面胶,为新能源汽车用轮胎提供了新的胎面胶材料。本发明中为进一步改善胎面胶的抗老化性能首次将纤维素醋酸丁酸酯加入胎面胶配方中,并通过加入阳离子活性剂氯化二苯基硫磺酸酯提高了纤维素醋酸丁酸酯在胎面胶中的分散性,使其获得了成品率高、物理性质好的胎面胶,节约了该胎面胶的生产成本。
