The invention provides a high-wet-wet-holding wet-skid-resistant tread rubber composition, a mixing method and a car tire, and belongs to the field of rubber tire manufacturing. The tread rubber composition with high wet grip and wet skid resistance comprises the following components in parts by mass: 20-40 parts of solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber I, 60-80 parts of solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber II, 3-5 parts of carbon black, 80-100 parts of high-dispersity white carbon black, 6-10 parts of a high-activity silane coupling agent, 2-5 parts of a white carbon black dispersing agent, 15-25 parts of wet skid resistance resin, 15-30 parts of operating oil, 3-5 parts of an active agent, 5-7 parts of an anti-aging agent and 3-6 parts of a vulcanizing agent and an accelerant, wherein the solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber I is a high-styrene high-molecular-weight styrene-butadiene random copolymer, and the solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber II is an ultrahigh-styrene high-molecular-weight styrene-butadiene random copolymer. The composite material has ultrahigh wet land gripping performance, good material mechanical performance and processing technology performance, and can effectively improve the wet land gripping performance of a tire and lower rolling resistance performance when being used for the tread of the car tire.

    本发明提出一种高湿地抓着、抗湿滑的胎面橡胶组合物、混炼方法及轿车轮胎,属于橡胶轮胎制造领域。该高湿地抓着、抗湿滑的胎面橡胶组合物,按质量份数计,包括下列组分:溶聚丁苯橡胶Ⅰ20~40份,溶聚丁苯橡胶Ⅱ60~80份,炭黑3~5份,高分散性白炭黑80~100份,高活性硅烷偶联剂6~10份,白炭黑分散剂2~5份,抗湿滑树脂15~25份,操作油15~30份,活性剂3~5份,防老剂5~7份,硫化剂和促进剂3~6份;其中,溶聚丁苯橡胶Ⅰ为高苯乙烯高分子量的苯乙烯‑丁二烯无规共聚物,溶聚丁苯橡胶Ⅱ为超高苯乙烯高分子量苯乙烯‑丁二烯无规共聚物。本发明具有超高的湿地抓着、良好的材料力学性能和加工工艺性能,用于轿车轮胎胎面可有效提高轮胎的湿地抓着性能并兼顾较低的滚动阻力性能。
