The invention relates to a carrying robot. The carrying robot comprises a chassis assembly, a shear fork assembly and a bearing part. The chassis assembly comprises a fixed chassis and a floating chassis hinged to the fixed chassis. The shear fork assembly at least comprises a first shear fork arm and a second shear fork arm which are hinged together; the bottom of one of the first shear fork arm and the second shear fork arm is connected to the fixed chassis; the bottom of the other one is connected to the floating chassis; the bearing part is constructed to ascend or descend relative to the chassis assembly under the movement of the shear fork assembly. The cooperation of the floating chassis and the fixed chassis can relieve shaking generated by violent impact when the carrying robot runs to a working face with a gradient or crosses an obstacle, so that the stability of the chassis assembly is improved, the stability of a moving container of the carrying robot is further guaranteed, and in addition, the shear fork assembly is simple in structure and convenient to use. And the manufacturing cost is reduced, and subsequent maintenance work can be facilitated.
