The transfer robot is used for transferring a material coil, the material coil comprises a shaft roller, the transfer robot comprises a power chassis, a driving assembly, a first cantilever, a second cantilever and a limiting piece, the driving assembly is installed on the power chassis, and the driving assembly comprises a lifting mechanism and a translation mechanism; the driving direction of the lifting mechanism is perpendicular to the driving direction of the translation mechanism, and the lifting mechanism and the translation mechanism are both perpendicular to the interval direction of the first cantilever and the second cantilever. The first cantilever and the second cantilever are installed on the driving assembly in a spaced mode, the first cantilever and the second cantilever are both provided with the limiting parts, the upper surface of each limiting part is provided with a limiting groove, and the limiting grooves are used for being in limiting fit with the shaft roller in the translation direction of the translation mechanism. Under the condition that the transfer robot is used for transferring the material coils, a large amount of labor cost can be saved.

    本申请公开一种搬运机器人,用于转运料卷,所述料卷包括轴辊,所述搬运机器人包括动力底盘、驱动组件、第一悬臂、第二悬臂和限位件,所述驱动组件安装于所述动力底盘,所述驱动组件包括举升机构和平移机构,所述举升机构的驱动方向和所述平移机构的驱动方向相互垂直,且二者均垂直于所述第一悬臂和所述第二悬臂的间隔方向;所述第一悬臂和所述第二悬臂间隔地安装于所述驱动组件,所述第一悬臂和所述第二悬臂上均设有所述限位件,各所述限位件的上表面均设有限位槽,所述限位槽用以与所述轴辊在所述平移机构的平移方向上限位配合。在利用上述搬运机器人转运料卷的情况下,可以节省大量的人力成本。
