The bionic frog jumping robot comprises a shell, front limbs, rear limbs, a trunk and a driving device, and the rear limbs comprise rear limb thighs, rear limb first shanks, rear limb second shanks and rear limb soles; the trunk and driving device comprises a trunk bottom plate, a motor support, a lead screw motor, a trunk middle plate, a trunk rear plate, a connecting rod, a guide rod, a spring, a lead screw nut, a lead screw nut sleeve, a sliding block and a wedge-shaped trigger. Two cross beams are arranged in the middle of the trunk middle plate and used for triggering the wedge-shaped trigger, and the jumping action of the trunk middle plate is triggered by linkage of the wedge-shaped trigger, the trunk middle plate and the spring. A single-degree-of-freedom six-connecting-rod mechanism is adopted for the rear limbs, the structure is compact, the stroke is large, the jumping performance is excellent, the structure is simple, assembling is easy, manufacturing is easy and convenient, main structural parts can be manufactured through 3D printing, and miniaturization is easy.
本发明公开了一种仿生青蛙跳跃机器人,它包括外壳、前肢、后肢以及躯干与驱动装置,后肢包括:后肢大腿、后肢一号小腿、后肢二号小腿和后肢脚掌;躯干与驱动装置包括:躯干底板、电机支架、丝杠电机、躯干中板、躯干后板、连接杆、导杆、弹簧、丝杠螺母、丝杠螺母套筒、滑块、楔形扳机;躯干中板中间设有两道横梁用以楔形扳机的触发,其跳跃动作由楔形扳机、躯干中板和弹簧联动触发。后肢采用单自由度的六连杆机构,结构紧凑,行程较大,跳跃性能优越,结构简单,易于装配,制作简便,主要结构件均可采用3D打印制作,而且易于小型化。
