The four groups of suspension rocker arms are oppositely hinged to the frame, a driving motor and wheels are mounted at one end of each suspension rocker arm, and a bearing shaft is mounted at the other end of each suspension rocker arm; each end of the self-adaptive multi-connecting-rod system corresponds to two groups of hanging rocker arms, and a swinging handle is hinged to the part, corresponding to each group of hanging rocker arms, of the self-adaptive multi-connecting-rod system; the shock absorbers are arranged in the advancing direction of the frame, two shock absorbers are hinged between one group of bearing shafts and the swing handle which correspond to each other, the two shock absorbers are respectively arranged on the two sides of the hinged part of the swing handle on the self-adaptive multi-connecting-rod system, one end of each shock absorber is spherically hinged to the swing handle, and the other end of each shock absorber is spherically hinged to the corresponding bearing shaft. By means of the arrangement of the swing handle, the bending moment and the load borne by the bearing shaft can be reduced under the condition that normal work of the suspension rocker arm is not interfered, so that the overload and instability probability of the bearing shaft is reduced, and meanwhile the load of the shock absorber is reduced.
本申请提供一种自适应悬挂底盘及室外无人自主导航平台,涉及机器人底盘领域,其包括:车架;悬挂摇臂,设有四组且对置铰接安装于车架上,其一端安装有驱动电机及车轮、另一端安装有承载轴;自适应多连杆系统,其每端均对应两组悬挂摇臂,且其对应每组悬挂摇臂的部位均铰接有摆动柄;减震器,沿车架行进方向设置,相对应的一组承载轴与摆动柄之间铰接有两个减震器,两个减震器分列摆动柄在自适应多连杆系统上铰接部的两侧,减震器一端与摆动柄球铰接、另一端与承载轴球铰接。本申请借助摆动柄的设置可以在不干涉悬挂摇臂正常工作的情况下,降低承载轴受到的弯矩和载荷,以降低承载轴过载、失稳的概率,同时降低减震器的载荷。
