The invention discloses a liquid composite joint with adjustable dynamic, static and shaft diameter rigidity, which comprises a mandrel with a mandrel ball in the middle, a rubber layer vulcanized and bonded around the mandrel ball, and an inner sleeve body vulcanized and bonded with the rubber layer on the periphery of the rubber layer, a front cavity and a rear cavity are formed in the positions, on the front side and the rear side of the liquid composite joint, of the inner sleeve body respectively, rubber layers are arranged at the bottoms of the front cavity and the rear cavity, a runner hole communicated with the front cavity and the rear cavity is formed in the mandrel ball, and an axial rigidity increasing structure used for increasing the axial rigidity of the liquid composite joint is arranged in the mandrel ball along the runner hole. And the front cavity, the rear cavity and the runner hole are filled with liquid. The liquid composite joint has the advantages that the rigidity ratio of the liquid composite joint under two different working conditions of high-frequency vibration and low-frequency vibration can be increased, and the axial rigidity of the liquid composite joint is properly increased on the premise that the radial rigidity is met.

    本发明公开了一种动静与轴径刚度可调的液体复合节点,包括中部具有芯轴球的芯轴、环绕芯轴球硫化粘接的橡胶层、在橡胶层外周与橡胶层硫化粘接的内套体,在液体复合节点的前后两侧的内套体上分别设置腔底为橡胶层的前型腔和后型腔,在芯轴球上设有连通前型腔和后型腔的流道孔,沿流道孔在芯轴球内设有用于增加液体复合节点轴向刚度的轴向刚度增大结构,在前型腔、后型腔和流道孔内充满液体。其优点在于:能够提高液体复合节点在高频振动和低频振动两种不同工况下的刚度比,以及在满足径向刚度的前提下适度加大液体复合节点的轴向刚度。
