A rigidity decoupling adjusting method for a liquid composite joint with a large axial-diameter rigidity ratio comprises the steps that the longitudinal static rigidity and the axial static rigidity of the liquid composite joint are adjusted by changing the proportion of shear deformation and compression deformation of a rubber body under the static bearing effect, and the longitudinal static rigidity and the axial static rigidity of the liquid composite joint are adjusted by changing the proportion of shear deformation and compression deformation of the rubber body under the fluid pressure effect; therefore, the dynamic stiffness of the liquid composite node is adjusted. The invention relates to a decoupling adjusting method which is characterized in that the static rigidity of a liquid composite node is adjusted by changing the proportion of shear deformation and compression deformation of a rubber body under the static bearing effect, and the dynamic rigidity of the liquid composite node is adjusted by changing the proportion of shear deformation and compression deformation of the rubber body under the fluid pressure effect. Therefore, the static rigidity with the large axial-diameter ratio is achieved, the dynamic rigidity of the large-axial-diameter-ratio static rigidity is not affected in the adjusting process, and decoupling adjustment of the static rigidity and the dynamic rigidity is achieved.

    一种大轴径刚度比液体复合节点刚度解耦调节方法,通过改变静态承载作用下的橡胶体剪切变形和压缩变形的比例以调节液体复合节点的纵向静态刚度和轴向静态刚度,通过改变流体压力作用下的橡胶体剪切变形和压缩变形的比例,以调节液体复合节点的动刚度。本发明涉及解耦调节方法,通过改变静态承载作用下的橡胶体剪切变形和压缩变形的比例来调节液体复合节点的静态刚度,并通过改变流体压力作用下的橡胶体剪切变形和压缩变形的比例,调节液体复合节点的动刚度,从而实现大轴径比的静态刚度,并且调节过程不会影响其动态刚度,因此实现了静态刚度和动态刚度的解耦调节。
