The invention discloses a multidirectional rigidity-adjustable liquid composite joint which comprises a mandrel with a mandrel ball in the middle, a rubber layer vulcanized and bonded around the mandrel ball, and an inner sleeve body vulcanized and bonded with the rubber layer on the periphery of the rubber layer. A front cavity and a rear cavity of which the cavity bottoms and the cavity peripheral walls are rubber layers are respectively arranged in the inner sleeve body on the front side and the rear side of the liquid composite node; a runner communicated with the front cavity and the rear cavity is arranged on the mandrel ball; the middle parts of the front cavity and the rear cavity are flat, and the two side ends of the bottoms of the front cavity and the rear cavity respectively sink in the radial direction to form a left side pressing groove and a right side pressing groove and form a right side pressing groove wall of the left side pressing groove and a left side pressing groove wall of the right side pressing groove; and the front cavity, the rear cavity and the runner are filled with liquid. The liquid composite joint has the advantages that the rigidity ratio (or dynamic and static rigidity ratio) of the liquid composite joint under two different working conditions of high-frequency vibration and low-frequency vibration can be improved, and the axial rigidity of the liquid composite joint is properly improved on the premise of meeting the radial rigidity.

    本发明公开了一种多向刚度可调的液体复合节点,包括中部具有芯轴球的芯轴、环绕芯轴球硫化粘接的橡胶层、在橡胶层外周与橡胶层硫化粘接的内套体,在液体复合节点的前后两侧的内套体内分别设置腔底和腔周壁为橡胶层的前型腔和后型腔;在芯轴球上设有连通前型腔和后型腔的流道;所述前型腔和后型腔的中部为扁平状,二者腔底两侧端分别作径向沉落形成左侧压槽和右侧压槽,并形成左侧压槽的右侧压槽壁和右侧压槽的左侧压槽壁;在前型腔、后型腔和流道内充满液体。其优点在于:能够提高液体复合节点在高频振动和低频振动两种不同工况下的刚度比(或称动静刚度比),以及在满足径向刚度的前提下适度加大液体复合节点的轴向刚度。
