The invention relates to a chassis structure and a robot. The chassis structure comprises a shell, a cover body and a crimping mechanism. A power source bin is defined by the shell, and a bin opening communicated with the power source bin is formed in the shell. The cover body covers the bin opening and is provided with a first surface deviating from the power source bin. The crimping mechanism comprises a connecting shaft, a crimping part and an elastic piece, the crimping part is rotatably connected to the shell through the connecting shaft, the crimping part is bent in the direction parallel to the first surface, and the elastic piece abuts against the end, connected to the connecting shaft, of the crimping part. The crimping part can be switched between a first state and a second state; in the first state, the crimping part is crimped on the first surface of the cover body; and in the second state, the crimping part rotates to a position separated from the cover body. The crimping part crimps the cover body on the outer surface of the shell, so that the structure is simple, the occupied space is small, and the condition of vibration of the cover body can be effectively reduced; the cover body can be pressed or separated by rotating the pressing part, the operation is simple and convenient, and the replacement or maintenance of the power supply assembly is facilitated.
