The invention relates to an intelligent auxiliary system for refined operation of a construction tower crane and a using method.The system comprises a sliding way, a high-precision camera distance measuring module and a processor, the sliding way is vertically installed on a standard knot of the construction tower crane, and the high-precision camera distance measuring module is located in the sliding way and can vertically slide along the sliding way; the processor is mounted on a standard knot above the slide way, collects a hoisting process picture of a heavy object on a lifting hook of the construction tower crane through the wireless transmission system, and analyzes to obtain the real-time descending speed and position of the heavy object on the lifting hook of the construction tower crane. According to the intelligent auxiliary system for the refined operation of the construction tower crane, the visualization degree and the operation precision of the construction operation of the tower crane are improved, and the problems that the visual field below current tower crane construction is limited, the visualization degree of the operation process is low, and the hoisting risk is difficult to avoid are solved.

    本发明涉及一种施工塔吊精细化作业智能辅助系统及使用方法,该系统包括滑道、高精度摄像头测距模块以及处理器,滑道竖向安装于施工塔吊的标准节上,高精度摄像头测距模块位于滑道内且能够沿着所述滑道竖向滑移,处理器安装于滑道上方的标准节上,处理器通过无线传输系统收集施工塔吊吊钩上重物的吊装过程画面,分析得到施工塔吊吊钩上重物的实时下降速度和位置。该施工塔吊精细化作业智能辅助系统,提升了塔吊施工作业的可视化程度和作业精度,解决了当前塔吊施工下方视野受限、作业过程可视化程度低、吊装风险难以避免的难题。
