The invention discloses an intelligent auxiliary system and an auxiliary method for a tower crane. The system comprises a laser radar used for measuring distance information; the camera is used for shooting a panoramic image of the vertical component needing to be hoisted; four UWB positioning base stations, wherein the four UWB positioning base stations form a UWB positioning system; the UWB positioning tag is used as a moving point and is fixed on a hook for hoisting a vertical component; the endoscope is arranged below the vertical component needing to be hoisted and is used for shooting an image containing a hole in the vertical component and a ground reinforcing steel bar; the processor is connected with the laser radar, the camera and the UWB positioning base station; and the display device is mounted in the tower crane operation room, is connected with the processor, and is used for displaying the shot image and displaying the measured distance information and positioning information. The method helps a tower crane worker in a construction site to quickly hoist the prefabricated component to a target position, improves the operation efficiency, and can be widely applied to the field of hoisting and positioning of the vertical component.

    本发明公开了一种用于塔吊的智能辅助系统及辅助方法,其中系统包括:激光雷达用于测量距离信息;摄像头,用于拍摄需要吊装的竖向构件的全景图像;4个UWB定位基站,4个UWB定位基站构成一个UWB定位系统;UWB定位标签,作为移动的点固定在吊装竖向构件的挂钩上;内窥镜,设置在需要吊装的竖向构件的下方,用于拍摄包含有竖向构件上的孔洞和地面钢筋的图像;处理器,与激光雷达、摄像头和UWB定位基站连接;显示装置,安装在塔吊操作室内,与处理器连接,用于显示拍摄到的图像,以及显示测量到的距离信息和定位信息。本发明帮助施工现场的塔吊工人快速地将预制构件吊至目标位置,提升作业效率,可广泛应用于竖向构件吊装定位领域。
