After the height, amplitude and rotation data of the tower crane are calculated and processed through the auxiliary control system, avoidance algorithm processing is conducted on the data and three-dimensional model contour data of surrounding buildings; intelligent control over collision early warning and obstacle avoidance of the tower crane is achieved, collision prevention between the tower crane and any surrounding object is achieved, and then active collision prevention operation is achieved. According to the invention, the tower crane driver can know the real-time operation state of the tower crane in time by using the multi-angle video monitoring picture and the acquired data such as amplitude variation, height and rotation, so that the misoperation is reduced, the hoisting accuracy is improved, and the normal operation of the tower crane is protected; the laser radar can rotate by 360 degrees along with the tower crane, objects around the tower crane are detected in all directions, the active anti-collision function is achieved, the intelligent control level of the tower crane can be effectively improved, the lifting efficiency of the tower crane can be improved, and safety accidents are reduced.

    本发明属于塔机控制技术领域,公开了一种塔机智能辅助操控方法、系统、介质、设备、终端及塔机,利用辅助操控系统将塔机高度、幅度以及回转数据进行计算处理后,与周围建筑物三维模型轮廓数据进行避让算法处理,实现塔机碰撞预警和避障的智能化操控,实现塔机与周围任何物体的防碰撞,进而实现主动防碰撞操作。本发明通过利用多角度视频监控画面和采集的变幅、高度、回转等数据,可使塔司及时了解塔机实时运行状态,减少误操作,提高吊装精确度,保护塔机的正常运行;激光雷达可随塔机回转360度旋转,将塔机周围物体进行全方位探测,实现主动防碰撞功能,可以有效提高塔机智能化操控水平,有助于提高塔机吊装的效率并减少安全事故的发生。
