The invention discloses a lifting structure and a following robot. According to the scheme, the lifting mechanism comprises a multi-layer sleeved shell assembly, a lead screw on the driving end in the shell assembly transversely penetrates through a lifting assembly and is fixed to the bottom of a storage platform, and the shell assembly is fixed to a movable plate; according to the lifting assembly, the two ends of a connecting rod are fixed to the bottom of a first movable plate and connected with a sliding assembly limited to a fixed rod. The first scissor rod is slidably connected with the base, the top end of the first scissor rod is hinged to the second scissor rod and slidably connected to the lower end of the first movable plate, the top of the second scissor rod is slidably connected to the lower end of the second movable plate, and the first movable plate and the second movable plate can synchronously ascend and descend. Control is conducted through one driving end, the structure is compact, the integration space can be reduced, the supporting height and the storage space can be increased, and the requirements of different scenes are met.
