The invention discloses a uniaxial locking mechanism for unfolding and folding a horizontal folding wing of a fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle, and the uniaxial locking mechanism is arranged between a fixed middle wing and a movable outer wing which are hinged to each other. A first square conical groove used for locking the folding state of the movable outer wing and a second square conical groove used for locking the unfolding state of the movable outer wing are formed in the pivoting cambered surface, and meanwhile a lock hook head of the single-axial lock hook is arranged to be of a wedge-shaped structure connected with the two square conical grooves in an inserted mode. Considering that a movable outer wing is possibly influenced by factors such as multi-axial shearing force and overload during daily unfolding and folding, the vertical axial force of two square conical grooves is too large, and a single-axial lock hook cannot be normally locked, the longitudinal height of the two square conical grooves is set to be larger than the longitudinal height of a lock hook head of the single-axial lock hook; therefore, the problem that locking cannot be achieved due to the influence of multi-axis shearing force or overload factors is avoided, and in addition, a buffering anti-disengaging assembly is further arranged on the basis of the problem of faults of a daily steering engine system.

    本发明专利公开了一种固定翼无人机水平折叠机翼展收单轴向锁定机构,通过在相互铰接的固定中翼和活动外翼之间设置单轴向锁定机构,在枢接弧面上设置用于锁闭活动外翼折叠状态的第一方锥槽和用于锁闭活动外翼展开状态的第二方锥槽,同时还将单轴向锁钩的锁钩头设置成与两个方锥槽相插接的楔形结构,考虑到活动外翼在日常展开和折叠时可能会受到多轴向剪切力和过载等因素的影响会导致两个方锥槽的竖轴力过大而导致单轴向锁钩无法正常锁闭,本发明中,将两个方锥槽的纵向高度设置成大于单轴向锁钩的锁钩头的纵向高度,从而避免受多轴线剪切力或过载因素影响而无法锁闭的问题,此外本发明专利在考虑到日常舵机系统故障的问题上还设置了缓冲防脱组件。
