The invention discloses a folding wing unfolding mechanism of an unmanned aerial vehicle. The folding wing unfolding mechanism comprises a folding wing rotating shaft base, a folding wing rotating shaft, a torsional spring, a locking reed, a bearing, a shaft end screw, a shaft end pressing plate, a locking reed nut and a locking reed bolt. When the folding wings of the unmanned aerial vehicle are folded, the wing root folding position clamping grooves of the folding wings are positioned and locked through the locking reeds, and the unmanned aerial vehicle is installed on the launching tube in the folded state. After the unmanned aerial vehicle is launched out of the pipe, the folding wing is driven by the torsional spring to rotate and unfold, after the folding wing reaches the unfolding position, the wing root of the folding wing firstly impacts the buffer end of the locking reed, and then the folding wing root unfolding position clamping groove is positioned and locked through the locking reed. Rotation friction resistance of the folding wing root is reduced through a bearing 8. The device is reliable in operation, simple in structure, free of occupying machine body space, mature in manufacturing process, low in processing cost and convenient to install and maintain; the device is suitable for tubular launching unmanned aerial vehicles.

    本发明公开了一种无人机折叠翼展开机构,包括折叠翼旋转轴底座、折叠翼旋转轴、扭簧、锁定簧片、轴承、轴端螺钉、轴端压板、锁定簧片螺母和锁定簧片螺栓;无人机的折叠翼折叠时,通过锁定簧片对折叠翼翼根折叠位卡槽进行定位锁定,无人机折叠状态下安装至发射管。无人机发射出管后,折叠翼通过扭簧驱动旋转展开,到达展开位置后,折叠翼翼根先撞击锁定簧片缓冲端,再通过锁定簧片对折叠翼翼根展开位卡槽进行定位锁定。折叠翼翼根通过轴承8减小旋转摩擦阻力。本发明运行可靠、结构简单、不占用机体空间、制造工艺成熟、加工成本低、安装维护方便;适用于管式发射类无人机。
