The invention provides a quick wing surface unfolding mechanism of a folding wing unmanned aerial vehicle, which comprises a base, a gas actuating cylinder, a rack and a gear, and a guide groove is formed in the base in the axial direction of an aircraft; the actuating cylinder is mounted on the base, and the output end of the actuating cylinder is fixedly connected with the rack to push the rack to move along the guide groove; rotating shaft seats are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the rack, the gear is connected to the rotating shaft seats in a sleeving mode and axially limits a rotating shaft entering the gear through a pressing beam, an arc-shaped guide groove is formed in the bottom of the gear, and a pin hole is formed in the end of the guide groove; the gears are fixedly connected with the wing surfaces and meshed with the racks, and the racks move along the guide grooves under the thrust action of the actuator cylinder to push the wing surfaces on the two sides to be unfolded synchronously; and a spring pin is arranged on the rotating shaft seat, is ejected into the arc-shaped guide groove of the gear under the action of a spring, and extends into the pin hole of the gear to lock the gear after the wing surface is unfolded in place. The mass and the size of an existing folding mechanism can be reduced, the structure is simplified, cost is reduced, and operation is easy.
本发明提供了一种折叠翼无人机翼面快速展开机构,包括底座、燃气作动筒、齿条和齿轮,所述的底座上沿飞机轴向开有导槽;所述的作动筒安装在底座上,输出端固连齿条,推动齿条沿导槽运动;所述的齿条两侧对称设置有转轴座,所述的齿轮套接在转轴座上,并用压紧梁对其进去转轴轴向限位,底部开有弧形导槽,导槽端头开有销孔;所述的齿轮固连翼面,并与齿条啮合,在作动筒的推力作用下,齿条沿导槽运动,推动两侧翼面同步展开;所述的转轴座上设置有弹簧销,在弹簧作用下顶入齿轮的弧形导槽中,并在翼面展开到位后伸入齿轮的销孔中锁定齿轮。本发明能够减小现有折叠机构的质量和体积,简化结构,降低成本,易于操作。
