The invention provides a semi-folding wing automatic unfolding and locking device and an unmanned aerial vehicle. The locking device comprises a fuselage wing and a locking device, the folding wings are hinged to the fuselage wings; the hinge mechanism comprises a hinge shaft and a hinge torsion spring, the folding wings are hinged to the fuselage wings through the hinge shaft, the hinge torsion spring is arranged on the hinge shaft in a sleeving mode, the hinge torsion spring is connected with the folding wings and the fuselage wings, and when the folding wings are folded relative to the fuselage wings, the hinge torsion spring is in a deformation state; the first locking mechanism is arranged on the fuselage wings; the first locking mechanism is arranged on the folding wing, the second locking mechanism is arranged on the folding wing, the first locking mechanism is movably connected with the second locking mechanism, and when the folding wing is unfolded relative to the fuselage wing, the first locking mechanism and the second locking mechanism are in a locking state. Due to the fact that the fuselage wings are hinged to the folding wings through the hinge mechanisms, the semi-folding wings can be placed in a launching box with small width and regular appearance to be stored and launched in the folded state, and storage and transportation of the semi-folding wings are facilitated.

    本申请提出一种半折叠机翼自动展开锁止装置及无人机,锁止装置包括:机身翼;折叠翼,折叠翼与机身翼相铰接;铰接机构,包括铰接轴及铰接扭簧,折叠翼与机身翼通过铰接轴相铰接,铰接扭簧套设于铰接轴上,铰接扭簧与折叠翼及机身翼相连,在折叠翼相对机身翼折叠状态下,铰接扭簧处于形变状态;第一锁定机构,设置于机身翼上;第二锁定机构,设置于折叠翼上,第一锁定机构与第二锁定机构活动连接,在折叠翼相对机身翼展开状态下,第一锁定机构与第二锁定机构处于锁定状态。由于机身翼与折叠翼通过铰接机构相铰接,使该半折叠机翼在折叠状态下可以放入宽度小、外形规则的发射箱内储存和发射,便于其储存运输。
