The invention provides an adjusting method for butt joint of ship body ring sections. The adjusting method comprises the following steps that a docking block set arrangement scheme and a hydraulic jacking device arrangement scheme are designed, and docking blocks and hydraulic jacking devices are sequentially arranged; according to the docking block set arrangement scheme and the hydraulic jacking device arrangement scheme, a finite element model is established, stress analysis is conducted, and adjustable range parameters of a docking block set are obtained; jacking the side plate on one side to jack up the ring section, so that the outer plate is separated from the upper surface of the docking block, and adjusting the height of the docking block group according to a calculation result of the adjusting height of the docking block group; the ring section is gradually lowered through the jacking device, so that the outer plate is in contact with the docking block; the jacking device continues to be lowered, so that the outer plate is separated from the jacking device; and the step of adjusting the precision of one side of the ring section is repeated to adjust the height of the opposite side board, and precise butt joint of the whole ring section is achieved. By means of the method, the ring section poor in precision after floating can rapidly and conveniently meet the requirements of the box position precision and the welding technology, and efficient operation of the dock is guaranteed.

    本申请提供了一种船体环段对接的调整方法,包括以下步骤:设计坞墩组布置方案及液压顶升装置布置方案并依次布置坞墩及液压顶升装置;根据坞墩组布置方案和液压顶升装置布置方案,建立有限元模型并进行受力分析,得到坞墩组的可调整范围参数;顶升一侧舷板将环段顶起,使外板脱离坞墩上表面,根据坞墩组的调整高度的计算结果,调整坞墩组高度;通过顶升装置逐步降低环段,使外板与坞墩接触;继续降低顶升装置,使外板与顶升装置脱离;重复以上环段一侧精度调整步骤对对侧舷板高度进行调整,实现整体环段的精准对接。通过该方法可以快速便捷地使起浮后精度不良的环段达到箱位精度和焊接工艺的需求,保证船坞的高效运转。
