The invention belongs to a structure butt joint method, and provides an aircraft wing body butt joint adjusting method aiming at the technical problems that when a digital attitude adjusting technology is adopted for aircraft wing body butt joint at present, the requirements for the manufacturing and assembling process are high, and the measuring efficiency is low. After a fuselage and wings are pre-leveled, the wings and the fuselage are connected through process bolts, the relative positions of the fuselage and the wings are adjusted by replacing the process bolts between wing bodies, the wing mounting angle, the wing dihedral angle and the wing body symmetry are evaluated through a relative coordinate measurement method, and then whether the relative positions of the wing bodies are correct or not is judged. According to the docking adjustment method, the problems of high requirements on human operation skills and low docking operation efficiency are solved, and the measurement accuracy and the measurement efficiency are effectively improved.
