The position degree change condition is monitored in real time to adjust butt joint planning, damage and deformation of parts caused by too large butt joint stress are prevented, deformation of butt joint part parts caused by assembly stress generated by forced assembly is avoided, the assembly quality is improved, the assembly stress is reduced, visual display of the assembly process is achieved, and the assembly precision and efficiency are improved.

    本发明公开一种低应力的船舶总段对接调姿系统及其控制方法,包括固定总段、移动总段、均布设置在移动总段底部四角的调姿小车、互相信号连接的数据采集模块、数据处理模块、数据存储模块、仿真模块;通过建立与实际对接现场对应的仿真对接现场,依据固定总段关键定位靶点、移动总段关键定位靶点和小车定位靶点的初始位姿数据后建立主对接规划,依据主对接规划同时进行实际对接现场和仿真对接现场的对接,在对接过程,实时监测位置度变化情况来调整对接规划,防止对接应力过大导致部件损坏变形,避免因强迫装配产生装配应力造成对接部位零件的变形,提高装配质量,减小装配应力,实现装配过程的可视化展示,提高了装配精度和效率。
