The invention provides hyperbranched polymer modified epoxy resin as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of epoxy resin. The hyperbranched polymer modified epoxy resin provided by the invention is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 55 to 80 parts of epoxy resin, 10 to 30 parts of toughening agent, 0.5 to 3 parts of functional MXene, 2 to 10 parts of hyperbranched polymer and 20 to 35 parts of curing agent. According to the invention, functional groups and a two-dimensional structure in the functionalized MXene are utilized, so that the liquid oxygen compatibility and flame retardance of the resin are improved; the hyperbranched polymer is utilized to improve the fluidity of the epoxy resin, enlarge the free volume of the resin and improve the strength of the modified epoxy resin. According to the embodiment, the liquid oxygen impact sensitivity coefficient of the hyperbranched polymer modified epoxy resin obtained by the invention is reduced to 0%, and the bending strength and the impact strength at low temperature are respectively improved by 26.0% and 18.5%.
本发明提供了一种超支化聚合物改性环氧树脂及其制备方法和应用,属于环氧树脂技术领域。本发明提供的超支化聚合物改性环氧树脂,按质量份数计,制备原料包括环氧树脂55~80份、增韧剂10~30份、功能化MXene 0.5~3份、超支化聚合物2~10份、固化剂20~35份。本发明利用功能化MXene中功能性官能团以及二维结构,提高了树脂液氧相容性和阻燃性;利用超支化聚合物提升环氧树脂流动性,扩大树脂的自由体积,提升改性环氧树脂的强度。通过实施例可知,本发明得到的超支化聚合物改性环氧树脂液氧冲击敏感性系数降低为0%,且低温下的弯曲强度和冲击强度分别提升26.0%和18.5%。
