The invention relates to the technical field of rubber additives, and discloses a modified diene polymer as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The modified diene polymer comprises a main chain containing a monovinylarene structural unit and a conjugated diene structural unit and a mercapto carboxylic acid side chain suspended on the main chain, and the content of the mercapto carboxylic acid side chain is 1-10 wt% based on the total weight of the modified diene polymer; the general formula of the sulfydryl carboxylic acid side chain is-S-R-COOH. The modified diene polymer disclosed by the invention can be used as a rubber processing aid to be added into a rubber processing process, so that the affinity of the modified diene polymer with white carbon black and the processability of rubber can be improved, and the high wet skid resistance and low rolling resistance of a rubber product can be improved at the same time.
本发明涉及橡胶助剂技术领域,公开了改性二烯烃聚合物及其制备方法和应用。所述改性二烯烃聚合物包括含有单乙烯基芳烃结构单元和共轭二烯烃结构单元的主链和悬挂于所述主链上的巯基羧酸类侧链,其中,以所述改性二烯烃聚合物的总重量为基准,所述巯基羧酸类侧链的含量为1‑10wt%;所述巯基羧酸类侧链的通式为‑S‑R‑COOH。本发明的改性二烯烃聚合物可作为橡胶加工助剂添加至橡胶加工过程中,能够改善其与白炭黑的亲和以及橡胶的加工性能,且能同时改善橡胶制品的高抗湿滑和低滚动阻力性能。
