The invention relates to the technical field of rubber additives, and discloses a modified diene polymer as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The modified diene polymer comprises a conjugated diene polymer main chain and a sulfydryl ester side chain suspended on the main chain; wherein on the basis of the total weight of the modified diene polymer, the content of the sulfydryl ester side chain is 2-20 wt%; a main chain of the conjugated diene polymer contains a conjugated diene I structural unit and a conjugated diene II structural unit, and the conjugated diene I and the conjugated diene II are respectively selected from different conjugated dienes; the general formula of the sulfydryl ester side chain is-S-R1-COOR2, R1 is selected from linear chain or branched chain C1-C10 alkylene, and R2 is selected from linear chain or branched chain C1-C10 alkyl. The modified diene polymer disclosed by the invention can be used as a rubber processing aid to be added into a rubber processing process, so that the processing performance of rubber can be improved, and the high wet skid resistance and low rolling resistance performance of a rubber product can be improved.
本发明涉及橡胶助剂技术领域,公开了改性二烯烃聚合物及其制备方法和应用。所述改性二烯烃聚合物包含共轭二烯烃聚合物主链和悬挂于所述主链上的巯基酯类侧链;其中,以所述改性二烯烃聚合物的总重量为基准,所述巯基酯类侧链的含量为2‑20wt%;所述共轭二烯烃聚合物主链中含有共轭二烯烃I结构单元和共轭二烯烃II结构单元,所述共轭二烯烃I和共轭二烯烃II分别选自不同的共轭二烯烃;所述巯基酯类侧链的通式为‑S‑R1‑COOR2,其中,R1选自直链或支链C1‑C10亚烷基,R2选自直链或支链C1‑C10烷基。本发明的改性二烯烃聚合物可作为橡胶加工助剂添加至橡胶加工过程中,能够改善橡胶的加工性能,并能够改善橡胶制品的高抗湿滑和低滚动阻力性能。
