The monovinylarene-conjugated diene polymer contains 8-42 wt% of an oligomer and 58-92 wt% of a high polymer, the oligomer is of a linear structure, and the high polymer contains a linear high polymer and a coupling high polymer which are formed by monovinylarene-conjugated diene polymer chains. The DIN abrasion of vulcanized rubber of the monovinylarene-conjugated diene polymer is less than 100 mm < 3 >, the content of structural units derived from monovinylarene in the polymer is 5-20 wt%, the content of structural units derived from conjugated diene in the polymer is 80-95 wt%, and the content of structural units derived from conjugated diene in the polymer is 5-20 wt%. And the tail ends of the oligomer and the linear high polymer have a structure closed by a silicon-containing compound. The high-molecular-weight polymer and the low-molecular-weight polymer are moderate in content, and the high-molecular-weight polymer has excellent wear resistance and dynamic performance.
本发明涉及聚合物领域,公开了一种单乙烯基芳烃‑共轭二烯烃聚合物及其制备方法和应用。该单乙烯基芳烃‑共轭二烯烃聚合物含有8‑42重量%的低聚物和58‑92重量%的高聚物,低聚物为线型结构,高聚物含有单乙烯基芳烃‑共轭二烯烃聚合链构成的线性高聚物和偶联高聚物,且单乙烯基芳烃‑共轭二烯烃聚合物的硫化橡胶的DIN磨耗为100mm3以下,聚合物中的来自单乙烯基芳烃的结构单元的含量为5‑20重量%,来自共轭二烯烃的结构单元的含量为80‑95重量%,并且,所述低聚物和所述线性高聚物的末端具有被含硅化合物封闭的结构。本发明的聚合物的高、低分子量聚合物的含量适中,具有优异的耐磨性能和动态性能。
