The output end of the motor is fixedly connected with one end of a two-way threaded rod, the outer wall of the two-way threaded rod is in threaded connection with the inner wall of a threaded plate, the inner wall of the threaded plate is slidably connected with the outer wall of a sliding rod, a bearing plate is fixedly installed at the bottom of the threaded plate, and a first electric telescopic rod is fixedly installed on one side of the bearing plate. According to the lifting and clamping device, the position of an extrusion plate can be rapidly and conveniently adjusted, the problem that in actual use, die steel of different specifications needs to be clamped and fixed, but a clamp cannot be rapidly and conveniently adjusted is solved, and therefore the working efficiency of the lifting and clamping device can be improved, and the application range of the lifting and clamping device can be widened.

    本发明涉及吊装夹取技术领域,且公开了一种模具钢吊装夹取装置,包括底板,所述底板下方设置有夹取机构,所述夹取机构包括有安装板、电机、双向螺纹杆、螺纹板、滑杆,所述安装板一侧与电机一端固定连接,所述电机输出端与双向螺纹杆一端固定连接,所述双向螺纹杆外壁与螺纹板内壁螺纹连接,所述螺纹板内壁与滑杆外壁滑动连接,所述螺纹板底部固定安装有承载板,所述承载板一侧固定安装有电动伸缩杆一,实现了能够快速便捷的调节挤压板的位置,解决了在实际使用时,需要将不同规格的模具钢进行夹取固定,但无法快速便捷的将夹具进行调节的问题,从而能够提高吊装夹取装置的工作效率以及使用范围。
