The invention belongs to the field of steel tube hoisting, and particularly relates to a steel tube bundle hoisting and clamping device which comprises two supporting plates, the two supporting plates are fixedly connected through a plurality of connecting columns, openings are formed in the lower ends of the two supporting plates, and the ends, away from the openings, of the two supporting plates are fixedly connected with connecting bases. Two arc-shaped sliding grooves are formed in the opposite faces of the two supporting plates in a central symmetry mode, an arc-shaped block is arranged in each sliding groove in a clamped and sliding mode, the end, extending out of the corresponding sliding groove, of each arc-shaped block is fixedly connected with a rack clamping arm used for clamping and supporting the bottom of a steel tube bundle, and first driving motors are fixedly arranged on the faces, away from each other, of the two supporting plates correspondingly. The output end of each first driving motor is fixedly connected with a first gear, and each first gear is in meshing transmission with the nearest rack clamping arm; a connecting box body is fixedly arranged on the upper side of the opening of the two supporting plates, and the connecting box body is connected with a hook used for hanging a binding rope. The steel tube bundle can be stably clamped in the hoisting process, and slipping is avoided.

    本发明属于钢管吊装领域,尤其涉及一种钢管束吊装夹持装置,包括两块支撑板,两块支撑板通过多个连接柱固定连接,两块支撑板的下端设有开口,两块支撑板远离开口的一端固定连接有连接座,两块支撑板相向的一面上中心对称设有两条弧形的滑动槽,每个滑动槽内卡位滑动设有弧形块,每个弧形块伸出滑动槽的一端固定连接有用于夹持支撑钢管束底部的齿条夹臂,两个支撑板互相远离的一面上分别固设有第一驱动电机,每个第一驱动电机的输出端连接固定连接有第一齿轮,每个第一齿轮与最近的齿条夹臂啮合传动;两个支撑板位于开口的上侧位置固设有连接箱体,连接箱体连接有用于挂住捆紧绳的挂钩。可以在钢管束吊装过程中稳定夹持,避免滑落。
