The invention relates to a steel tube hoisting device which comprises two end sleeves, two locating cylinders and a climbing platform with a climbing slope. The inner diameter of each end sleeve is consistent with the outer diameter of a steel tube, and the outer diameter of each locating cylinder is consistent with the inner diameter of the circular tube. Each locating cylinder is arranged in the middle of the corresponding end sleeve, an annular groove adaptive to the corresponding end of the circular tube is formed between each locating cylinder and the corresponding end sleeve, and the two ends of the circular tube are inserted into the corresponding annular grooves. According to the steel tube hoisting device, the circular tube is quickly clamped through the end sleeves and the locating cylinders which are detachable and can be quickly mounted, the steel tube can be conveniently transported and cannot slide off, and the safety coefficient is high.
