The invention discloses a steel structure hoisting clamping device which comprises a supporting pipe, a pull rod, a clamping part, a hinged push rod, a sliding sleeve and a hoisting sleeve, the pull rod is slidably arranged in the supporting pipe, the clamping part is hinged to the two sides of the lower end of the supporting pipe, the sliding sleeve is slidably arranged on the outer wall of the supporting pipe, one end of the hinged push rod is hinged to the sliding sleeve, and the other end of the hinged push rod is hinged to the hoisting sleeve. The other end of the hinged push rod is fixedly connected to the clamping part; the hoisting sleeve sleeves the supporting pipe and the pull rod; an elastic mortise lock is arranged on the hoisting sleeve; the elastic mortise lock is contracted and vertically passes through the first conical ring to abut against the lifting block, so that the lifting machine lifts the steel; when the elastic mortise lock descends to abut against the first conical ring, the pull rod slides and descends in the supporting pipe to enable the sliding sleeve to descend, so that the clamping parts are opened towards the two sides to release the clamped steel, and automatic unlocking of laying down of the steel is achieved; and the pressing mechanisms are arranged at the ends of the supporting pipes, so that the steel is clamped in multiple directions, and the hoisting stability of the steel is effectively improved.
本发明公开了一种钢结构的吊装夹紧装置,包括支撑管、拉杆、夹紧部、铰接推杆、滑套以及吊装套,拉杆滑动设于支撑管内,夹紧部铰接于支撑管的下端两侧,滑套滑动设于支撑管的外壁,铰接推杆的一端铰接于滑套上,铰接推杆的另一端固定连接于夹紧部上;吊装套套于支撑管和拉杆上;吊装套上设置弹性插锁;弹性插锁通过收缩竖直通过第一锥环来与提升块抵接来使起吊机对钢材进行起吊;当弹性插锁下降与第一锥环抵接时,拉杆在支撑管内滑动下降来使滑套下降,以使夹紧部向两侧打开来放开夹紧的钢材,来实现对钢材的放下自动解锁;通过在支撑管的端部设置有压紧机构,以实现对钢材进行多方向进行夹紧,从而有效提高钢材的吊装稳定性。
