The invention relates to an unmanned underwater vehicle recycling and laying device which comprises a butt joint platform, and a clamping and locking device is fixed to one side of the butt joint platform. The impact device is used for being fixed to the unmanned underwater vehicle; the impact device comprises a first driving piece, a deflector rod is fixed to the first driving piece, the impact device further comprises a rotating rod, the periphery of the rotating rod is sleeved with an elastic reset piece, a limiting piece is fixed to the end, close to the deflector rod, of the rotating rod, and the limiting piece is clamped to the deflector rod. A butt joint rod is fixed to the end, away from the shifting rod, of the rotating rod, the butt joint rod is connected with the rotating rod through a connecting rod perpendicular to the rotating rod, and when the impacting device impacts the clamping and locking device, the clamping and locking device locks the butt joint rod. The elastic reset piece is arranged on the periphery of the rotating rod in a sleeving mode, and the connecting rod is connected to the rotating rod, so that when the unmanned underwater vehicle is in butt joint, an independent guiding device does not need to be additionally arranged to pull the unmanned underwater vehicle to an accurate butt joint position.
